Gerbangkertasusila Plus (GKS Plus). The Government sees the need for a new support area of GKS PLUS to increase the carrying capacity of the core city. The purpose of this research is to realize the idea of Spatial Information System in East Java. The method used in this research is the regression model that will be estimated. The data used in this research is panel data of 2010-2017 period based on GKS Plus area of Surabaya City to regency / city of Gresik, Bangkalan, Mojokerto, Sidoarjo, Lamongan, Bojonegoro, Tuban, Jombang and Pasuruan. The results showed that the area of land, labor and irrigation have a positive impact on poverty. It shows that the agricultural sector provides very small value added, thus affecting the increase of poverty in Gerbangkertasusila Plus (GKS Plus).

A public accountant as a profession that provides assurance services about historical financial report information to the public is required to have adequate accounting knowledge and accounting skills as well as personal qualities. Such personal qualities will be reflected in his professional behavior. Professional behavior of public accountant one of them embodied in the form of avoid dysfunctional behavior of accountant. dysfunctional behavior is related to time budget pressure and turnover intention. A high level of time budget pressure will encourage auditors to perform dysfunctional behaviors. The desire to quit working is also judged to affect the irregularities of auditor behavior. There is a significant positive correlation between intention turnover and dysfunctional audit behavior due to decreased fears of possible sanctions if such behavior is detected.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees at the Food Security and Coordination Counseling of Papua Province. Respondents in this study as many as 84 employees at the Office of Food Security and Coordination Counseling of Papua Province and respondents who returned questionnaires of 60 questionnaires, Data processed using Multiple Regression and using SPSS software version 20. The result of this research shows that leadership has significant effect on employee performance while work motivation has significant effect on employee performance. The result of simultaneous research shows that leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) have significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine of the influence of Duty on the Acquisition Rights of Land and Building on Original Income of Region of Maros. The method of analysis in this study is a simple regression analysis, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The test result states that the hypothesis is accepted that Probability is less than the significant level (0.003 <0.05) means that of Duty on the Acquisition Rights of Land and Building has significant effect on Original Income of Region of Maros. Result of the research showing that the suggestion is given to do the program of socialization of local regulation, one of Maros Regency Regulation concerning the duty of acquisition of land and building rights to the Taxpayer.

This study aims to determine which companies are more efficient use of working capital between PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. and PT. Siantar Top Tbk. Method analysis is descriptive with the analysis of financial ratios used are the ratio of activities of asset turnover, inventory turnover, and working capital turnover. Results of research that PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. activity ratio of the asset turnover is 6.59 times, inventory turnover is 23.87 times, and the working capital turnover is 18.07 times and PT. Siantar Top Tbk. asset turnover ratio of 5.9 times, inventory turnover 27.78 times, and turnover of working capital -910.71 times. Both companies are then PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. more efficient use of working capital than PT. Siantar Top Tbk. which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

This study aims to determine social capital in quality of education at Fajar University Makassar. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with research subject that is element of leadership, lecturer, staff and student. Sampling technique is purposive sampling method. Technique of collecting data by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Test data validity using source and method triangulation. The elements of social capital studied are 1) the network consists of a solid relationship, cooperation and the use of social media as a means of liaison. 2) beliefs consisting of honesty, openness, and public interest, 3) institutions is religious values, discipline, neatness and lecture contracts
