Abstract :Abstract - This research was conducted to create a cryptographic implementation of vigenere ciphers. This system is designed by analyzing the descriptive method, and the comparative method. After analysis, modeling is done with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the design of vigenere cipher cryptography system with text encryption and decryption can be programmed using PHP software. The results of this study are an implementation of the vigenere cipher cryptographic system with PHP. |

Abstract :Abstract - Cryptography is an art and science to maintain data security. In maintaining the security of cryptographic data transforming clear data (plaintext) into a password (ciphertext) that cannot be recognized. This ciphertext is then sent by the sender to the recipient. After arriving at the recipient, the ciphertext is transformed back into a plaintext form so that it can be recognized. The method used is the encryption method asymmetrical Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA). The security of the RSA algorithm lies in the difficulty of factoring large numbers into prime factors. Factoring is done to obtain a private key. Making this application using the PHP programming language. The final result is a desktop-based application that can be used to encrypt text files. This application can be used as a way to secure data, because only authorized people can view encrypted data. |

Abstract :bstract - In the world of education to achieve the level of success, of course, they have a benchmark for the success of students, one of them is the Grade Point Average (GPA). The purpose of this study is to determine the final GPA so that later it can be used as a reference to predict the success rate of students. The issue of decision-making systems using Fuzzy systems is very suitable for definite reasoning or estimation, especially for systems with strict mathematical models that are difficult to get a definite decision. Fuzzy logic can be used to describe a system of chaotic dynamics, and fuzzy logic can be useful for complex dynamic systems where solutions to common mathematical models cannot work well. The Mamdani method computes efficiently and works well with optimization and adaptive techniques, which makes it very good in control problems, especially for dynamic non-linear systems. |

Abstract :Abstract - Logic gate prototype aims to meet the needs and smoothness of the teaching and learning process in one of the digital circuit lecture materials. Proof of the logic of OR, AND, NOT, NOR, and NAND gates. The working principle of logic gate prototype is working based on input logic including 0 and 1. For AND logic gates are input multiplication gates consisting of (0,0, 0,1, 1,0, 1,1) and output consists of 1 for high (1) and 3 for low (0). For OR gate is the input sum gate consists of (0,0, 0,1, 1,0, 1,1) and the output consists of 3 high (1) and 1 low (0). For the NAND gate is the logic inverting gate of the AND input gate consisting of (0,0, 0,1, 1,0, 1,1) and the output consists of 3 high (1) and 1 low (0). For NOR input logic gate consists of (0,0, 0,1, 1,0, 1,1) and the output consists of 1 for high (1) and 3 for low (0). Abstract :Abstract - A television station is a technology or communication media that displays both audio and visual broadcasts, both black and full color. The number of television stations currently makes fierce competition between television stations to innovate in making broadcasts that attract public attention to get highest rating But often because they want to pursue a rating, many television stations are less concerned about the quality of the broadcasts they display. Decision support system is a system that can be used as a tool to determine station quality television in displaying the broadcast. Data analysis is done by comparing television stations in Indonesia, namely the assessment is taken based on the level of educative, innovative, and human resources (television crew) contained in each television station. The results of the AHP method analysis are helpful conclusions people to know the best television stations as public consumption which tends to need information, knowledge and entertainment. |

Abstract :Abstract - In each company, agency, organization or business entity will provide salary as compensation for the work of an employee, in addition to providing basic salary to employees, each agency often provides salary bonuses in addition to basic salary to spur the performance and work productivity of its employees. As for the way used is to do the selection of employees according to the criteria by the leader, the salary bonus is given together with the salary each month. Criteria for determining employees who have priority to get salary bonuses include responsibility, work attitude, and honesty. Besides still using a conventional system, the closeness of the leader and employees often results in decisions that are different from the right thing. This causes the results of the decision to be inappropriate. The problem in this research is how to build a support system the decision to use the AHP method to help company leaders in determining employees who are entitled to receive bonuses. |

The method used in system development is the TOPSIS method, where the topsis method is is one of the decision making methods where the chosen alternative is the best alternative that has the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution. |
