Abstract :Abstract - Queue is an activity that is often encountered not only in commercial activities, even RSI. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat engaged in services for the community also experienced the same thing. This needs to be considered and handled properly by the manager by taking anticipatory actions, because if it is not immediately resolved, then the community can feel unsatisfied with the services provided. Related to these problems, this study was conducted with the aim to determine the effectiveness of the number of counters at the time of service and make a simulation model of the drug collection queue system at the RSI drug collection counter. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat to get alternative system improvements, where the simulation model was made using PHP and MySQL. The simulation model made can provide information about the number of people served and the average waiting time of a particular time unit. From the analysis carried out on the simulation model, the alternative improvements that can be proposed are by setting the Monte Carlo method queue model as the queue model that will be used. From the results of the analysis carried out and by implementing it into PHP and MySQL the queue model of the Monte Carlo method is more optimal and efficient. It is seen from the average waiting time in the system to be served at the RSI drug collection counter. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat. |

Abstract :Abstract - White oyster mushroom cultivation is a micro business which is mostly in the territory of Indonesia is very good and suitable because the temperature is suitable for the growth of various types of mushrooms. At this time it can be cultivated in a mushroom house. For optimal mold growth, temperature and humidity must be maintained according to the conditions of their natural habitat. The amount of oyster mushroom production can be increased by taking into account the factors that influence the growth of the oyster mushroom itself. Even farmers can experience failure in production or often called crop failure. Decision support systems can be used in determining the increase in production. In this study also implemented the fuzzy logic method in Increasing the production of oyster mushrooms. It is hoped that farmers can use it to increase the production of oyster mushrooms and prevent crop failure. Application results are expected to be a decision support system for farmers in the maintenance and production of oyster mushrooms. Starting from determining the planting media, see the temperature and humidity. |

Abstract :Abstract - Schedule is one important factor to support the learning process, one of which at SMKN 3 Pariaman. In SMKN 3 Pariaman scheduling process is still done manually, consequently there are conflicting schedules and timing of learning becomes too late. One of completion method to the problem is to use a genetic algorithm, because it is one of the Genetic Algorithm optimization algorithm that is robust and can be used on a wide variety of case studies such as scheduling. This algorithm is also often used to find the optimal solution both in the case of simple to complex problem-solving technique that determines the start and initialization pupulasi chromosomes, determine the value of fitness, selection, crossover, mutation. Mutations done to produce the best fitness value which can be used to determine the final outcome scheduling. If the best fitness values have been obtained, the process is stopped and reach the finish condition. |

Abstract :Abstract - This study aims to predict the behavior of visitors to transactions so they can predict based on the number of visitors and the number of transactions. To achieve optimal output, this study uses the Backpropagation Method Artificial Neural Network. Case studies conducted at UD. Dilla Tofu And Tempe, The data used is sales report data in April 2017 as training data and sales report data in May 2017 as testing data. Next, the data is analyzed with several network architectural patterns and the best patterns will be selected to be implemented into the matlab program. System results show a correlation between the number of visitors and transactions that occur. |

Where in making the performance report or the exact attendance is still manual in the data penginfut that is using Excel and Word, therefore the application is needed which can create or assist the teachers in the data penginfut. So that later all existing documents can be stored and not easily lost. In evaluating teacher performance. The assessment team does not need to bother carrying files from the room to the TEAM room just to check the application that has been applied to the school. To improve the performance of the teachers there needs to be an application that supports the use of methods determined by the school. The application in improving teacher performance is very supportive for teacher performance appraisal so that later there will be no errors in the assessment and can help reduce errors in teacher performance appraisal in high school 2 Bengkulu in the future. |

Abstract :Abstract - School is one of the facilities in the implementation and development of education. SMK Raksana 2 Medan is one of the best schools in North Sumatra. With differing abilities, students differ in their level of achievement. There are several factors that greatly affect student learning achievement, among others: talent, interest, student motivation, parental motivation, home learning facilities, quality teaching from teachers, school facilities, extracurricular, additional tutoring and student association. This study aims to simplify and reduce these factors so as to obtain dominant factors that influence student learning achievement by using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The study was conducted by collecting data through questionnaires to respondents or research samples. Finally to obtain 3 factors: The main factor (PC1) has an eigenvalue of 3.11 with a variance of 31%. The supporting factor (PC2) has an eigenvalue of 1.50 with a variance of 15%. The additional factor (PC3) has an eigenvalue of 1.16 with a variance of 12%. The overall factor gives a cumulative diversity proportion of 57.70%, meaning that the three factors according to the perceptions of students who are respondents in this study can influence student achievement at SMK Raksana 2 Medan at 57.70%. |

The research method that is carried out is the analytical method that is by making an observation on the current method and literature study, the use of network topology which is choosing the Network device to be used and the configuration of network devices used, conducting hotspot network testing from this research is by providing hotspot services hotspot, then AL-WASHLIYAH PASAR SENEN PRIVATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 2 gets revenue from hotspot services in addition to revenue from cable services. |

Archiving a few months or even years ago will certainly be difficult to find because of the accumulation of files or because the archive has been damaged. The difficulty and complexity can be overcome by using WEB-based and MySql databases to manage archives. Management utilizing WEB-based and MySql databases are no longer in the form of archive sheets but have been in the form of scanned files from the original archive. The scanned archive will be stored with certain codes to make it easier to search so that the archives that came in a few months or even years ago are undamaged and easy to find. |

Abstract :Abstract - Face recognition is one of the important research fields and lately many applications can apply it, both in the commercial and law enforcement fields. Facial recognition techniques have now made significant progress, considering that face recognition techniques are a much-needed field of research for various fields. The face recognition application is currently being developed because it can be applied in various fields of problems such as criminal recognition, security applications, attendance, or human interaction with computers. Many methods are used in face recognition applications, one of which is the Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant (CKFD) method which is the development of the Kernel Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method and Fisher Discriminant Analysis (FDA). The Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant (CKFD) method has two advantages compared to the previous Kernel Fisher Discriminant (KFD). First, the implementation of this algorithm can be divided into two phases, namely Kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) plus Fisher linear discriminant analysis (FLD) so that the results are more transparent and simpler. Second, the CKFD can make two categories of discriminant information so that the results are stronger. The design of this application aims to implement face recognition systems using the Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant (CKFD) method. The design of face image recognition application is designed using Visual Basic 2008, where this system can be used for face recognition with an average of 56.48% so the results can be said to be not very accurate. But this system needs further development, so that it can be used to recognize facial images more accurately, and increase the size and resolution of images used above 240x240 pixels. |

Abstract :ABSTRACT- This study aims to design interactive multimedia for computer client server programming with Android-based so that it can be accessed via smartphone. Client server programming course is one of compulsory subjects in Informatics Engineering course. With the realization of multimedia is expected to shorten the learning time of students, and students can more easily understand the material of client server programming rather than through the tutorial tutorial as usual, and is expected to improve learning achievement. This multimedia realization chose to use the Android operating system to be accessible through smartphone that is currently widely used by the students. This interactive multimedia presents theories, simulations and problems as the evaluation of client server programming learning. The results of this interactive multimedia will be tested through the test instrument to the students on the study program of Informatika Technique of Asahan University. Instrument test used to know student achievement. Test instrument used is a questionnaire instrument to determine the quality of interactive multimedia computer network courses. Multimedia is designed using the main software such as Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Director, and Macromedia Authorware and Eclipse 4.2 along with supporting applications. The material to be delivered on interactive multimedia is tailored to the syllabus of client server programming courses on Strata 1 level. The expected research output is in the form of teaching materials for the enrichment of client server programming subjects and multimedia technology and will be socialized through the national seminar in the field of informatic engineering. |

Abstract :Abstract - The purpose of this thesis is to facilitate users in managing data on raw materials and finished materials to obtain profits or profits in carrying out the production process. The current method is still manual, where there is an error in calculating the amount of raw materials needed, so that losses often occur in each production process. This application is designed using the Just In Time (JIT) method or a timely method where users will only buy raw materials according to the number of needs needed. So that users will be easier to save on production costs because they will not be afraid of excess stock of raw materials, and this will also save storage space in the warehouse. So it can be concluded that this application can replace the old method. So that in each production process it is carried out properly and gets a bigger profit or profit. The weakness of this application is that the design is still very simple. |
