The article reveals the essence of the financial result and provides its main components. There are two approaches to the calculation of the financial results of the company. The order of keeping records of financial results in accordance with the methodology has been investigated. The methods of improving indicators of the financial results of the company are presented.

In the article we reviewed the topic about constructing shallow (3-4 m) solid-cast bored pile planks using hand drills. We offered technological phases of constructing such walls with defining optimal distances between piles in the interlocking line depending on the class of concrete and type of soil on the site. We delivered the results of practical implementation of proposed technology of constructing pile planking walls.

The expediency and importance of social design development in Ukraine in our time has been proved. The factors and reasons for emergence of new ideas of social projects are analyzed. The algorithm of phased formation and effective implementation of social project has been formed with the connection of main functions of the management of organizations. The basic approaches and new methods of foreign experience in managing social projects are highlighted, their adaptation to implementation in domestic realities is considered. The analysis of mistakes of social projects’ organizers (domestic and international) is provided. This is followed by the structuring of these mistakes and making proposals for its overcoming under proper control.

Vegetovascular vascular dystonia (VSD) can lead to complications of pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, respectively, an increase in perinatal mortality, which adversely affects the further development of the child. Every second pregnant woman (65.96% for 2017) is diagnosed at the antenatal clinic # 1 and # 2 at the antenatal clinic, although this statistics does not change from year to year. The results of the study confirmed the adverse effect of VSD on the gestational process: the ability to cause complications during pregnancy (threat of interruption, gestosis), childbirth (untimely outflow of amniotic fluid 25.3%, bleeding 13.9%, fetal fetal hypoxia 1%, anomaly of labor 17 , 1%), in the postpartum period (inconsistency of sutures 6.34%, lactostasis 5.1%), which adversely affect the health of the mother and child. VSD is also combined with emotional disorders, in connection with this, it is necessary not only medical, but also psychological help to these patients.

The article defines the reasons of population ageing. The current situation of this process in Ukraine is considered and attention is paid to its unevenness in terms of the type of settlement and sex. The statistical assessment of the prospects of the ageing is carried out and the main demographic and socio-economic consequences generated by this process are determined.

The article deals with crediting of individuals in Ukraine. In particular, the volumes and structure of individual crediting for 2013-2017 were analyzed. The structure of individual crediting by currency of credit was investigated. For the purpose of more thorough analysis, a group of eight largest banks of Ukraine was formed and analyzed the share and structure of individual credits in the structure of these banks’ credit portfolios.

The dynamics of volume of the segments of the advertising media market, such as: TV-advertising, press advertising, radio advertising, out-of-home media, cinema advertising, digital advertising for 2013 – 2017 were investigated. The tendencies and development priorities of the segments of the advertising media market were revealed.

The peculiarities of consumer rights protection, which are regulated by civil law, are considered. The main factors influencing the level of consumerprotection protection are presented and analyzed, namely: imperfect legislation; insufficient financing, materia land technical and personnel base; lack of consumer education; consumers’ ignorance of their rights; inactivity of central and local authorities and local self-government bodies regarding the realization of consumer rights and interests; corruption in the authorities; distrust of citizens. The peculiarities of protection of consumer rights in the European Union are studied. The article analyzes the international agreements in the area of industrial property, which Ukraine is a member and the main provisions concerning the interstate cooperation of the member states. The advantages of certain ways of foreign patenting of industrial property objects, which ensure the obtaining of a patent in the selected states, are determined. The necessity of further international cooperation for ensuring the stimulation of inventive processes in each particular state is stated.

The article discusses modern methods of regulating the pH of process fluids and the problems encountered. To solve the problems of the stability of the process of acidification and alkalization, an installation based on electrochemical pH adjustment to a predetermined value is proposed. The proposed solution allows electrocoagulation, acidification and alkalinization of the liquid without the use of chemical reagents.
