This study aims to identify behavioral guidance for elementary school students and madrasah ibtidaiyah in East Java. The results showed: 1) specific strategies were not found in fostering student behavior based on Islamic religious education in primary schools and madrasah ibtidaiyah in East Java. Development of student behavior carried out in schools is still in general 2) strategies for developing student behavior must be developed in schools based on Islamic education to make Islamic religious education the main subject used to foster student behavior. Islamic education in addition to teaching religion, must also instill and familiarize good attitudes and behavior. Other important aspects that need to be considered in the framework of fostering effective behavior in schools are the vision, mission, and goals of the school, and togetherness. There is a clear and detailed program, covering all subjects and all teachers. There is a special facility and team support for the implementation of student behavior development programs based on the Islamic religion

Humans have different degrees of potential, historical background, and future expectations. Because of differences, humans can come together. Cooperative learning consciously creates successive interactions, so that the source of learning for students is not only teachers and textbooks but also fellow students. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality and student learning achievement after the application of the Think-Pair-Share type of cooperative learning model with quipper to class XII MIPA-4 students of SMAN 1 Sidayu and to influence student learning motivation after applying the Cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share with quipper. This study used action research in three rounds. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity, observation, and reflection. The targets of this study were students of class XII MIPA-4of SMAN 1 Sidayu. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analyst found that the quality of student learning has increased from cycle I to cycle III namely, cycle I (66.67%), cycle II (77.78%), cycle III (88.89%). Thing-Pair-Share type of cooperative learning model can have a positive effect on student motivation in class XII MIPA-4of SMAN 1 Sidayu, and this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning mathematics.

Indonesia is a multi-ethnic country, race, ethnicity, language, culture and religion. This diversity often triggers disharmony among citizens. Violence committed by one group with another group in the name of ethnicity, religion, race, and so on is a concrete example of disharmony that often occurs in our society. One effort to overcome this is through the introduction of the importance of Pancasila education and citizenship to the formation of character so that it can produce good citizens, especially at elementary school level students. The way of introduction must also be adjusted to the characteristics of the child because this will affect the physical and psychological condition of the child if the way of introduction is not appropriate. The cultivation of knowledge is then continued with the application in daily life and the need for habituation as well as role models so that they can develop capabilities and shape the character and dignity of a nation.
