The inverter is an important component for supplying AC power output, by installing an inverter on a wind turbine converts wind energy into energy that is ready to use. In manufacturing the inverter, the STM32F303VCT6 DISCOVERY microcontroller is programmed to trigger PWM. So that in this study designed an inverter based on STM32F303VCT6 DISCOVERY on horizontal axis wind turbines. Tests carried out by looking at the output signal on the oscilloscope. The results of these tests are known to the output of the inverter in the form of a PWM signal with an PWM output for the modified sine wave. From the square wave generated by STM32F303VCT6 can generate 220V AC electricity at the light-sensitive load. |
| ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN ALGORITMA ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DAN PROFILE MATCHING | Author : Heri Abijono, Kusrini Kusrini | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :In 2015, the researchers created a decision support system application to determine the priority ranking of students in obtaining Poor Student Assistance funds (BSM) to overcome the problem of distributing BSM funds by applying the Simple Additive Weighting algorithm. In 2017, researchers modified the program by adding criteria on the ownership of the Social Protection Card (KPS) or the Poor Certificate (SKM) owned by the parents/guardians of students in addition to the criteria that existed in the previous system, namely the income of parents/guardians , the state of the house building of the parents/guardians, the number of siblings, and the number of children still dependent on the parents. The system can be used to calculate the priority of students in receiving BSM for students whose parents/guardians do not have KPS/SKM, whereas students with their parents/guardians who have KPS/SKM get first priority to receive BSM funds, and for students with parents/guardians who did not return a questionnaire the questionnaire can still receive BSM funding in the most recent. Current research describes the workings of the algorithm of Analytical Hierarchy Process and Profile Matching algorithm in processing BSM fund distribution’s criterias to produce priority ranking information of students receiver BSM funds. |
| PENERAPAN DAN EFEKTIFITAS 5S DI PERUSAHAAN RETAIL MAKANAN | Author : Jerik Felani, Waluyo Prasetyo | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :PT Naku Freight Indonesia (NFI) bergerak dalam bidang retail makanan. Proses inbound dan outbound didalamnya meliputi penerimaan, penyimpanan, replenishment, picking, packing, dan pengiriman. Proses ini harus mengedepankan asas-asas efektifitas kerja, efisiensi, produktifitas dan keselamatan kerja. Perusahaan telah melaksanakan Quality, Safety, Health, and Enviroment (QSHE) System. Salah satu cara implementasi QSHE System adalah dengan aplikasi Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, dan Rajin) (5S). Metode 5S diterapkan karena sering terjadi penempatan peralatan kerja yang tidak pada tempatnya. Aplikasi metode ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas dan efektifitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosentase penerapan dan efektifitas Metode 5S di PT NFI. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan yaitu: Prosentase ketercapaian penerapan 5S meliputi penerapan seiri (pemilahan) sebesar 100%, seiton (penataan) sebesar 100%, seiso (pembersihan) sebesar 100%, seiketsu (pemantapan) sebesar 100%, dan shitsuke (pembiasaan) sebesar 75%. Hasil prosentase tersebut menunjukkan ada 1 (satu) aspek dari 5S yang belum diterapkan secara keseluruhan yaitu shitsuke. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan penerapan shitsuke di PT NFI belum berjalan secara maksimal. Apabila pengukuran prosentase penerapan 5S dikonversi kedalam suatu predikat (bersifat kualitatif): penerapan seiri (pemilahan), seiton (penataan), penerapan seiso (pembersihan), seiketsu (pemantapan) dilaksanakan “efektif”, sedangkan penerapan shitsuke (pembiasaan) masih berjalan “cukup efektif”. |
