The Role of Sectors in the Socio-Demographic Process of Nukus |
Author : J. K. Shnekeev |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :It is natural that all modern small towns move to the level of megacities. The city of Nukus is trying to accept this status on the basis of its socio-demographic process, but it is natural that the bigger the city, the more problems. The main challenge for the rise of Nukus to the level of a megalopolis is to determine the evolutionary demographic growth of the population, to study the climatic conditions, to identify and improve the social infrastructure of the population. The climate of the urban nature, the social infrastructure of the population, the areas and shortcomings of each sector were studied. The result of the active movement of sectors to implement the state program in all areas of the city will serve to prepare for the level of the megalopolis. |

On The Features of Changes In Hearing And Cerebral Hemodynamics In Patients With Nasal Obstruction Curvature |
Author : Khasanov U.S., Khayitov O.R., Djuraev J.A. |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract : This article presents the characteristics of changes in the hearing and cerebral hemadynamics of patients with deviation of the nasal septum. The deviation of the nasal septum occurs in the cartilaginous and bone regions, both separately and in both at the same time. Deformations can be of a different nature (bend, crest, spike) and localization. They are one and two-sided. Spines and ridges are more often localized at the junction of the quadrangular cartilage and the perpendicular plate, ploughshare, and the crest of the upper jaw (“growth zone”). Less often, the upper sections of the perpendicular plate and the rear section of the ploughshare are deformed. For traumatic deformities, characteristic bends with sharp angles. Often, after injury, the anterior edge of the quadrilateral cartilage is displaced in the form of its subluxation. The deformation of the cartilaginous part of the external nose in the patients under our supervision was due to the deviation of the nasal septum. There were no patients with deformity of the nose, who would have been indicated for surgical intervention on the cartilage of the external nose, in our group.

Improvement of Farmers Competency for Agriculture Progress |
Author : Komang Krisna Heryanda, Ida Bagus Putu Purbadharmaja |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The success of the agricultural sector is determined by a strong agricultural system, the use of appropriate agricultural tools, and the competence of farmers in running agricultural systems and equipment effectively. The analysis found that 65.2 percent of farmers in Indonesia have primary school education, and 64.2 percent are over 45 years old. Low education, and the age of farmers who are dominated by parents are obstacles in advancing the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The contribution of the agricultural sector in national development is high, but the welfare of farmers is still low due to the lack of mastery of agricultural techniques, lack of ability to face climate change, and low mastery of marketing networks. Various efforts have been made to improve the competence of farmers, both government and private. Although various obstacles have yet to be resolved in improving farmer competence, the spirit of developing agriculture is still a priority. |

Author : Ergashboy Abdurakhmanov, Farrukh Fakhriddinovich Kholmurzaev |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Recently, in chemical sensors of gases operating at low temperatures, polymeric materials with semiconducting properties are used as a gas sensitive element. One of these materials is polyacrylonitrile (PAN). The use of PAN based film as a gas sensitive material has great potential for creating sensors that operate at room temperature without heating. Development of a technology for the production of metal-containing films based on polyacrylonitrile to create unheated sensors for detecting hydrogen sulfide and studying their properties [1]. A semiconductor sensor for detecting hydrogen sulfide, made using fuels and lubricants based on polyacrylonitrile (PAN), received the symbol "P.SS-H2S". It was investigated that the analytical signal of a hydrogen sulfide sensor (sgas/sweather) based on tungsten and copper oxides depends on the amount of the detected component (SH2S ) in the mixture. The developed sensors: S.S-H2S WO3-5% CuO, S.S-H2S WO3-10% CuO and P. S.S-H2S can be used for analytical control of hydrogen sulfide content in objects of various nature. |

Abstract :The relationship between reality and literature was and still is debated in intellectual circles. A literary text is not a historical text. In the latter case, authentic facts and real people are reported who can be localized in time and space, whereas in the literary text everything is in the imagination, in the authors creative faculty. He has the latitude, for example, to take real facts and to scramble the tracks. This is to say that, in the literary text, one can find in the final analysis, an analogy, a connection with reality. This is the whole object of this article which is interested in a literary character Jude Obscure of the eponymous novel by Joseph Conrad and on one of the most famous kings of the United Kingdom Henry VIII especially in relation to their behavior compared to the norms social and Christian religion. |

Adorno and Avant-Garde Music |
Author : Ricardo Mandolini |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :My article explores some aspects of Theodor W. Adornos work in relation to contemporary music in general and electroacoustic music in particular. Let us recall that Adorno never seriously considered the latter, which he regarded more as a technological bricolage than as a legitimate source for the production of works. One of the purposes of this paper is to demonstrate that under the definition of musique informelle, Adorno opens wide the door to all musics, even those that do not depend directly on musical writing. |

Author : Patrick N Nwinyokpugi, Fiito Dumnamene Lah |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The contemporary retail outlets are no more run by manual practices given the electronic nature of company to customers (C-C); customers to customers (C-C) transactions globally. The application of business intelligence has given an edge to retail outlets operation. This study therefore, strives to examine the relationship between business intelligence application and retail business sustainability in Rivers State, Nigeria. The study used descriptive research technique through the adoption of cross- sectional survey design. Nine judgmentally sampled retail outlets especially large scale malls & superstores were studied in Port Harcourt base on their inherent electronic driven operations. Using structured closed ended questionnaire, 45 census senior managers of these sampled retail outlets were studied. Data gathered were analysed using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (PPMCC) statistics and presented with the aid of SPSS version 20.0 for easy interpretation. The results of analysed data showed that, the dimensions of business intelligence application which included but not limited to customers’ performance management, data warehouse, data mining and advanced data visualization significantly correlated positively with the measures of retail business sustainability being profitability and customers’ patronage. The finding also showed a high moderating effect of organizational culture on business intelligence application and retail business sustainability in Rivers State, Nigeria. Relying on the empirical findings, the study concluded that business intelligence application has positive significant relationship with retail business sustainability. It is therefore recommended that, the dimensions of business intelligence: customers’ performance management, data warehouse, data mining & advance data visualization identified in this study should be utilized as it enhances retail business operational sustainability. |

Long-Term Spatial Associations and Regional Convergence of Rural Literacy Rate in India |
Author : Hazem Mohamed |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Although there are claims that inequality in India has stagnated or even increased in the post-liberalization period, careful analysis of data shows that these views are mostly unsubstantiate. The main aspects of social inequality can be structured, to a large extent, along urban-rural and gender lines. In this paper, we explore a nonparametric approach to highlight the form of the long-term spatial associations of the georeferenced units. Relying on the method of Markov chains, we develop a stationary form for the Moran scatter plot, one of the techniques of the exploratory spatial data analysis. As an illustration, we highlight the forms of spatial autocorrelation and heterogeneity of long-term literacy rates in rural districts in India observed by the two censuses of 1991 and 2001. We use the same data to estimate a spatial ß-convergence model. It appears that the growth of literacy rate is higher in rural districts with the lowest literacy and proceeds by spatial diffusion. Beyond his correspondence with the ß-convergence model, the proposed nonparametric approach has the advantage of identifying the location of spatial associations |
