The main objective of the study is to investigate the relationship between the degree of internationalization and the performance of businesses in the manufacturing sector in Argentina. Using a panel data collected by the World Bank over the years 2006, 2010, and 2017 of the manufacturing firms in Argentina, the regression results show empirical evidence of a non-linear relationship (an inverted-U shape) between the degree of internationalization and firm performance of manufacturing firms in Argentina.

This study discusses the policy analysis of providing Article 21 Income Tax incentives for taxpayers affected by the corona virus (covid-19) outbreak in order to maintain the stability of economic growth. The aim is to determine the effectiveness and influence of the provision of incentive policies by the government on economic conditions in society, especially in meeting household consumption needs. The problem raised in this study is the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on employees who have been laid off, which the government then resolves by providing PPh 21 incentives with the aim of helping workers. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The purpose of this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques that have been collected, were analysed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The result of this research is to know the impact of government incentives for workers who have met the qualifications of the incentive recipients and to know how the scheme is in fulfilling this PPh 21 incentive.

Organizational goals stated in the vision and mission of the organization are influenced by employee performance and leadership style. The Department of Transportation, Tourism, Communication and Information Technology is a government organization that provides services to the community in the fields of transportation, tourism, and communication and information technology. The purpose of this study was to (1) analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance. (2) The effect of employee motivation on employee performance. This research is a case study at the Department of Transportation, Tourism, Communication and Information, Ngada Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance. (2) There is an influence of motivation on employee performance in the Department of Transportation, Tourism, Communication and Informatics, Ngada Regency. This research can be used to become a reference for the leadership of the Ngada Regency Department of Transportation, Tourism, Communication and Information in carrying out their duties to control the organization in achieving organizational goals effectively through leadership styles to improve employee performance.

COVID-19 crisis has hit many QSRs hard. There are numerous problems which are faced by these restaurants due to the high competition in the market. Nowadays, there is an even major problem to be faced in the food industry, which is Coronavirus pandemic. It has a disastrous effect on the food industry. There have been dramatic declines in sales for many Quick Service Restaurants. Some of them have permanently closed their doors.

The study identified the factors that cause variation in the level of efficiency in potato production. The study used household level cross sectional data collected in 2015/16 from 196 sample farmers selected by multistage sampling technique. For the data collection, a personally administered structured questionnaire was used. In the analyses, descriptive statistics, a stochastic frontier model (SFM) and a two-limit Tobit regression model were employed.

Vietnam is facing the challenges of changes in governance for public universities. From the general theory and academic literature review of the entrepreneurial university, especially in organizational structure, the article offers policy suggestions to promote university governance in line with the trend of the transformation of entrepreneurial university model for public universities in Vietnam.
