Inter organizational knowledge risk analysis with fuzzy logic approach (case study: insurance industry) | Author : ameneh khadivar; sara farnia; fatemeh abassi | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Knowledge sharing and its risks have been considered by researchers in recent years, and despite the importance of the issue in the insurance industry, no research has been conducted in this area. Given the identified gap, the main purpose is to analyze and evaluate inter-organizational knowledge risks in the insurance industry. The research method is descriptive from the data perspective and applied from the goal perspective. The statistical population includes 30 human resource and risk managers in the insurance industry who were selected by purposive sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data from experts. Measuring the interaction of knowledge risks on each other and also determining the probability and severity of the effect of each risk was done through fuzzy dematel method and fuzzy method with the help of programming in Matlab software. According to the results, the risk of knowledge loss due to high impact on other inter-organizational knowledge risks, as well as the probability of occurrence and severity of the effect and therefore the high level of risk, is one of the most important inter-organizational knowledge risks and should be considered by active organizations in insurance industry. |
| Investigating the trend of "Knowledge Acquisition" developments: A Scientometric analysis of Iranian and global research | Author : Mohammad Milad Ahmadi; Ruhollah Tavallaei; Mohammad Mahdi Mohtadi; Ali Taheri | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The main purpose of this study is to analyze the process of science production in knowledge acquisition subject, with a focus on its organizational essence, in scientific resources. Scientometric analysis was used to identify the key ontological themes and concepts of the subject through tools such as co-author, co-word, co-citation, and cluster analysis. The number of reviewed articles was 245 English articles published in ScienceDirect, and 20 Persian articles published in Iranian scientific databases. The period of English and persian articles was from 1979 to 2021. The data collection tools were queries, search databases, indexes, and codes, and the analysis method was scientometric tools and maps using MS Excel and VOSviewer software. The results of general trends show that from the origin of economically developed countries, a higher number of knowledge acquisition articles have been published than other countries. The number of articles from the origin of our country in the international database is very small, that due to the gradual recognition of the importance of organizational knowledge acquisition issues, it is necessary to publish more research with the origin of our country in the international databases. The research findings show that the time trend of publishing knowledge acquisition articles in the world and Iran is increasing with a gentle slope. The co-word networks show the relative centralization and independence of the clusters; as various concepts related to this subject have been formed and evolved and have formed other scientific clusters. This result demonstrates the importance of knowledge acquisition as an important node in information science knowledge networks. Concerning Co-Occurrence networks, it is necessary for researchers in the fields of knowledge management, knowledge integration, knowledge transfer, learning, organizational learning, and knowledge resources, to pay attention to findings of knowledge acquisition research. The timeline of the emergence of keywords in the field of knowledge acquisition shows the maturity of this field in recent years. Based on the findings, it is understood that the discovery and dissemination of new topics and ideas by new researchers in this field are possible and there is no theoretical saturation in the topics of knowledge acquisition. The wide connection of organizational education and organizational knowledge acquisition, and the variety of soft issues related to them, is a significant point for managers, researchers, and policymakers in the field of science and technology. |

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether ISO 30401 can be used as a new criterion for value -making and knowledge management research and the basis for certification? This article is an analytical -descriptive approach and content analysis that describes the structure and content of ISO 30401 and systematically uses the components and stimuli of the research identified from identified research of the knowledge management studies validating and testing them. To achieve this, databases were identified and categorized from articles containing these components and published between 2010 and 2021, and finally 57 qualitative researches out of 271 researches were chosen. The findings showed that ISO 30401 successfully combines a variety of studies in an international practical standard. This research explains how ISO 30401 standard and certification may help create value and refer to possible management initiatives to realize value increase; Provides guidelines for further operationalization by certification and implementation organizations by managers and what they should do to add value when implementing ISO 30401. |
| Challenges to Implementing Knowledge Management in Iranian Organizations: A Finding Based on Ultra combination Method | Author : Hosein Vahidi; Zahra Danesh | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Understanding what obstacles are in the direction of knowledge management is essential, despite the importance of this issue, a comprehensive study has not been conducted so far. The purpose of this study is to identify and categorize the challenges facing Iranian organizations for implementing knowledge management based on the study of previous research between 2011 to 2021 by ultra combination Method. In the present study, the 7-step method of Sandluski and Baruosu has been used. For this purpose, searching, and identifying research -related research through the library search system on websites such as Academic Jihad, Islamic Computer Science Research Center, Scientific Articles of Country Provision, Iranian Magazines, and Net Science were studied, and 188 relevant articles were then extracted, then Based on the title, abstract and text of related research, prioritization and elimination of unwanted or less related cases were discussed and finally 31 final articles were selected. The data analysis method is based on open coding and the results of the study include 59 codes (challenge) below 4 main components: managerial and structural factors (28 codes), executive factors (17 code), cultural factors (10 codes) and technology and infrastructure factors (4 code) were categorized. |
