PENDEKATAN TIGA TAHAP DALAM PERCEPATAN PEMBELAJARAN ILMU WARIS | Author : Firdaos . | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This research is motivated by the results of preliminary research on "Second Semester Student Understanding of STAI Sebelas April Sumedang Academic Year 2016/2017 Against Inheritance Science". Two conclusion indicators were obtained, 1. understanding 37 students of inheritance science reached 23.9% very little category, and 2. Related to the difficulty of learning inheritance science reached 75.6% category mostly. This study aims to find solutions to learning problems in inheritance science material that are deemed difficult. This is evident from the results of preliminary research, the results are as illustrated above. Based on this, research that is deemed appropriate to these problems uses classroom action research (PTK). This classroom action research goes through cycle 1 meeting one and meeting two, and cycle 2 meeting one and meeting two with a Three-Stage Approach pattern, namely, the first stage discussing formulas and the composition of the male and female heirs, the second stage discussing furudulmuqaddarah (section certain), and stage three discussion of the procedure for calculating the distribution of inheritance using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were 47 fourth semester students of STAI Sebelas April Sumedang, 2018/2019 Academic Year. This study concludes by the learning process through cycle 1 and cycle 2, the average value of 96.5% is very high. |
| PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PESANTREN | Author : Aep Tata Suryana | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The purpose of this research is to find out the description of pesantren financial management. By the title of the research, the research uses the literature method. The results of the study explained that financial management is an act of financial administration/administration which includes recording, planning, implementation, accountability, and reporting. Thus, school financial management can be interpreted as a series of activities regulating school finance from planning, accounting, spending, supervision, and accountability of school finances. Financial management of boarding schools is one of the substances of the management of educational institutions that will also determine the smooth operation of boarding schools. As is the case with the substance of education management in general, financial management activities in Islamic boarding schools should be carried out through the processes of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, supervising, or controlling. Some financial management activities take the form of obtaining and determining sources of funding, use of funds, reporting, auditing, and accountability. Through financial management activities, the funding needs of Islamic boarding school activities can be planned, procured, transparently recorded, and used to finance the implementation of Islamic boarding school programs effectively and efficiently. For that purpose, the financial management of Islamic boarding schools includes: (1) Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of financial boarding schools; (2) Increasing financial accountability and transparency in Islamic boarding schools; and (3) Minimizing misuse of the boarding school budget. |
| ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN AKAD MURABAHAH MENURUT FATWA DSN MUI NO:04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 TENTANG MURABAHAH DI KOPERASI SYARIAH MASJID BESAR TEGALKALONG SUMEDANG | Author : Abdul Hamid, Fitri Syifa Fauziah | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The purpose of this study was to see the theoretical and practical application of the Murabahah contract at the Tegalkalong Large Mosque Sharia Cooperative. This research uses a qualitative approach with a study method and collects detailed and in-depth information using several data procedures over a certain period. The results of this study indicate that in general the practice of the Murabahah contract at the Tegalkalong Grand Mosque Sharia Cooperative is in accordance with the MUI DSN Fatwa NO: 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 concerning Murabahah. However, there are 2 (two) points in the fatwa provisions regarding murabahah that are not in accordance with the practices carried out by the Tegalkalong Grand Mosque Sharia Cooperative, namely, the purchase of goods is represented by members, and members who buy goods on their own behalf, not on behalf of the cooperative. and when the cooperative performs a murabahah contract, at the same time the cooperative that carries out the wakalah contract because the purchase of goods is represented by the member and the member buys goods that have been agreed upon by themselves, this means that the murabahah contract is carried out before the goods become the property of the cooperative. |

It is because the concept of civil society is part of the national education goal. All people may agree that education is important for building human quality, indicated by improving intelligence, knowledge, and skills since education is a strategic sector for the quality of human life by developing in the degree of welfare, a decrease in poverty, and the formation of various options and opportunities to develop themselves towards civil society. The complex problem in lifelong education is faced. Various policies have been made by the Indonesian government. However, in terms of implementation, it is found many obstacles, particularly in the mentality of the people who are lack motivation, so the education cannot be optimized as an institution that has broad community support. Therefore, civil society is important to be reviewed. The research objective is to examine the philosophy of Islamic education as a critical analysis of a philosophical concept, the interpretation of Islamic education, and its implications for lifelong education. The research method used a philosophical approach by seeking a good lesson or wisdom as well as truth. Researchers examined critically that: "Lifelong education is a process of improving personal development, social development, and expertise during the life span of an individual to improve life for both individuals and groups. This is a comprehensive (broad, complete) and integrative (similar, same) idea, which includes informal, formal, and informal learning for expertise and enlightenment to achieve full development at every stage and field of life. This is related to both personal growth and social progress”. In particular, it aims to look more deeply at the philosophical foundations of Islamic education and its implications for the concept of lifelong education towards civil society. Based on this, the conclusion in this paper is that several main bases can be used as a basic building for understanding the nature of Islamic education. The result shows that Islamic Education Philosophy views that education having no purpose that reflects the personality of a nation as what the country will reach will certainly fail. The philosophy of Islamic Education has a strong, strategic, and functional foundation in the effort to build civil society. In this study, the writer examines what kind of educational philosophy is offered by Islam in realizing a civil society. |
