Abstract :A school is where the internalization of religious culture to the students, so that they have a strong fortress in forming a noble character. Application of Islamic culture in an institution not be separated from the role of head of the school where the principal is responsible for the smooth implementation of education and teaching in School. The principal must be resourceful in the lead group and the delegation of duties and authorities. In the administration of activities contains in it the functions of planning, organizing, staffing, and supervision. A successful prinsipal is a participal who understand about any factors which make him be able to lead a school so that facilitate him in determining steps to make the success come true including the success in shaping islamic culture. |

Abstract :Madrasah is a formal institution that aims to develop and enhance individual potential, both physical and psychological potential. Madrasah programs can only run smoothly if they receive community support. Therefore, madrasah leaders need to continuously foster good relations between madrasah and the community. Realizing the adiwiyata madrasah program must be supported by cooperation between the community and the madrasa to support the achievement of the program. Based on this research was carried out in the form of a case study of institutional cooperation at the adiwiyata madrasah in MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan with three research focuses, namely: 1) Implementation of institutional cooperation in adiwiyata madrasah at MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan which refers to management functions namely planning, organizing, actuating, controlling; 2) Weaknesses and obstacles in the implementation of institutional cooperation at the adiwiyata madrasa internally and externally at MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan; and 3) Ways to overcome weaknesses and obstacles in the implementation of institutional cooperation at the adiwiiyata madrasah internally and externally. |

Abstract :The educational institution must have a strategy in bringing about an improvement or change. Where strategy is a way in the process toward the goal. The progress of educational institutions today is highly demanded because of the strong flow of competition among educational institutions. Ability to compete with other institutions is a succes of educational institutions or the ability to give trust to the communit. Succes in an educational institution depends on the management applied within an institution. As well as the role of managers in embracing management systems, educational organizations and education planning to become a conducive educational environment. Because if the managed management is so good then the result to be achieved in the education will run effectively and produce a succes. Abstract :Education is the most valuable investment to improve the quality of human resources in building a nation. The greatness of a nation is measured by the extent to which its people are educated. Educational institutions and society are two different but inseparable environments that even need each other in their growth and development. The community needs information about what educational institutions are doing. here the role of public relations is absolutely needed. The image of the educational institution depends on the success of the public relations actor. This role was well played by SMPN 1 Pamekasan public relations. Religious values agreed upon as a school culture are communicated to all stakeholders through the implementation of effective community relations management, thus giving birth to a religious image. This article will portray the implementation of public relations management in fostering a religious image in SMPN 1 Pamekasan. With a phenomenological approach, the qualitative data in this article will be described descriptively to be dialogue with previous public relations management theories. |
