Abstract :Based on the materials of an empirical study conducted by the authors, the article highlights the features of the working life of representatives of three generations of Russian workers. Particular attention in the study is paid to analyzing the value-motivational structure of respondents and assessing the role of the informal component in the social and labor behavior of workers of different age categories in modern Russian organizations.
It is concluded that the specifics of the working path of representatives of the three studied generations of Russian workers have significant differences due to changes in public order in all the main aspects of working life: attitude to the choice of profession, informal relations at work, expectations of employees from the employer, trade union, government and team, valuable orientation and labor motivation. However, there are a number of common points - universal values inherent in each generation, despite socio-economic and political changes. |

Abstract :The article discusses the features of scientific progress in the development of new models of industrial production in the USSR during the Great Patriotic War. The experience of the historical formation of industry, as well as the need to learn the lessons of war, is shown. The circumstances of the operation of industrial enterprises at all levels in emergency conditions are investigated. The studied experience in the formation of industrial production can be used in solving problems of improving the results in the industrial construction of the regions of Russia.
Particular attention is drawn to the sociopolitical ideology in the state, which makes it possible to objectively study the organization of industrial potential during the war years, to more fully identify the relationship between the military economy and military production. The applied methods of military improvement of the army during the Great Patriotic War remain relevant in carrying out modern methods of improving the defense capability of troops.
The decisive role in the study is given to the facts of prisoners of war in the USSR. Interesting are the issues of using the labor of prisoners of war of the Germans to restore the destroyed cities, the restoration of the national economy. |

Abstract :The article discusses the features of sports and social events in Russia. It is shown that effective sports and moral education can be carried out during mass cultural and recreational youth events, widely popular in recent years in our country and in the world community.
However, the organizational and technological component of the management of the development of the structure of such events did not become a subject of special study for scientists and specialists.
Meanwhile, the absence of such technical developments seriously slows down the development of the latest approaches to organizing major youth competitions. This determines the urgency of a deep analysis of the current state and the development of humanistic principles for the management and organization of such events. |

It is shown that sport is the most effective means of preventive work of various diseases. It is proved that sport is a necessary component of human education in the psychorational plan.
Special attention is paid to important social projects that are being implemented in Russia, they are aimed at introducing young people to sports. A variety of sports give impetus to the maintenance of health of each person and contribute to improving the vitality of young people.
