Abstract :Background: Many fighters are not maximal in doing roundhouse kick, resulting in losses including causing injuries during the match, wasting energy because the shot that is shot does not hit the target.
Purpose: The aim of this study is to know what extent the relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the flexibility of the waist muscles on the skill of the roundhouse kick in the athletes of the Putera Sekar Kolat Tanah Abang Pencak Silat College.
Design and methods: This study used a correlation study method by examining the relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the flexibility of the waist to the roundhouse kick skill. The samples in this study were 20 athletes who were still active in routine extracurricular activities. To process the required data from the flexibility test results (X1), anxiety test results (X2), and the scoring results of archery athletes, regression and correlation analysis techniques are used.
Results: There is a positive relationship between leg muscle explosive power and waist flexibility on roundhouse kick skill. According to the regression correlation analysis, it was obtained that the value of Fcount was 1.973 more than Ftable 3.59 and a significant value of 0.00 less than 0.05. |

Abstract :Background: Distance learning is one solution to replace offline learning, with distance learning. Foster interest in learning for students because without interest the learning objectives will not be achieved. However, the implementation of the current distance learning system does not rule out the emergence of several problems in the learning process. Starting from the limited facilities of students, lack of understanding of the use of technology, the difficulty of internet networks in some areas where they live.
Purpose: This research aims to find out what causes the decline in interest in learning in low-level elementary school students in distance learning.
Design and methods: This research uses one type of descriptive qualitative research with a case study method or approach. The subjects of this study were elementary school teachers, parents, and low-level elementary school students. The technique that researchers use in collecting data is the data triangulation technique.
Results: The research result states that the factors that cause a decline in the learning interest of low-level elementary school students during distance learning are caused by several internal and external factors. |

Abstract :Background: Various educational applications have been provided by the government that can be accessed and used by teachers or students as support for the online learning process. Most of the educators in elementary schools only use the WhatsApp group application.
Purpose: This study aims to determine how parents respond to online learning through Whatsapp groups during the pandemic.
Design and methods: This study uses a narrative analysis method with a qualitative approach. The population of this study were 20 parents of grade 5 students at SDN Tajur 01. The data were collected through indirect interviews in the form of a digital questionnaire distributed via WhatsApp. To find out the validity of the information from the questionnaire results, it was analyzed then summarized and arranged regularly. The questionnaire information is considered legal because it comes from the parents of elementary school students.
Results: The results of this study reveal the responses of parents, namely: 1) The majority of parents of grade 5 students said that it was true that teachers only used the WhatsApp application as an online learning medium in elementary schools; 2) The learning process via WhatsApp group starts every morning by providing learning materials and certain assignments through audio, voice and text according to the learning schedule; 3) The rarely detailed video explanation of the lesson given by the teacher causes the child to have difficulty understanding the subject matter; 4) Through WhatsApp groups, which are felt to quickly bore children studying at home; 5) The activeness of children in online learning can be seen by always working on assignments via the WhatsApp group. This research includes only one school in Citeureup. The use of the WhatsApp application as a learning medium for teachers and students should be re-evaluated

Abstract :Background: Program “Belajar dari Rumah” at TVRI is an alternative distance learning for students, teachers and parents during studying at home as the COVID-19 outbreak.
Purpose: This research aims to determine the perceptions or opinions of parents about the program. This research is hopefully can be used as evaluation material to improve and to perfect the program.
Design and methods: In its implementation, this research used a case study with an analytical descriptive method that intends to describe the results of the study and tries to find a picture of a situation or phenomenon that is happening. The objects in this study are parents who accompany children during the implementation of distance learning programs. This research reveals a number of parents perceptions about the the program Belajar dari Rumah on TVRI. This research was conducted in two areas in Lampung Province, Metro City and East Lampung Regency.
Results: A number of parents who have watched and accompanied their children during the implementation of distance learning think that the program is far from perfect.

Abstract :Background: Online learning is carried out as the right step to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus so that students will not miss lessons as planned in the curriculum for one academic year. When students learn at home following online learning provided by the teachers, parents are not always present to accompany and monitor the learning process of students, so inevitably independent learning is needed so that students can participate in learning activities and be responsible for complete the task of learning each subject. Teachers and parents must work together to supervise and encourage students to be able to learn independently.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which elementary school students independent character during distance learning as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Design and methods: This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were homeroom teachers and teachers of sports subjects. The data validation technique of this research is the source triangulation validation technique.
Results: The existence of good examples and cooperation between teachers and parents will help students to be able to imitate and do so, so that awareness and habits will be formed in students to become humans who are full of responsibility with their duties. From the online learning process that is currently being carried out, it is hoped that the teacher is not satisfied with providing material through one learning application that is commonly used, especially in elementary schools, which is only through the WhatsApp application, the teacher can provide learning materials by making learning videos that are easy for students to understand. By considering the number/portion given, so as to minimize the stress level of students, especially by giving assignments that are always given every day.

Abstract :Background: The role of parents nowadays is as a substitute for teachers at school. In order to always guide and teach assignments given by the teacher online. With parental guidance, this online learning will run well, safely, and effectively. In fact, many parents experience difficulties because they are busy working so that they cannot accompany their children directly. In addition, parents are so busy with daily routines. The role of parents, especially mothers, is now increasing, who previously only took care of the house, now have shifted to educating and accompanying their children for online learning.
Purpose: This study aims to determine the perspective of parents as companions of children at home and to determine the role of parents in implementing learning at home during a pandemic.
Design and methods: The method used in this research is a narrative method with a qualitative approach, with a case study type approach. This approach seeks to describe and elaborate on a complex case from various dimensions. In this case, the research analyzes the role of parents in educating their children during online classes. Learning at home makes parents find many difficulties in teaching children about the material provided by the teacher. Children usually have direct interaction with their teachers.
Results: The role of parents in educating their children online is very important. When the school is face-to-face, the teacher is the one who pays attention to the students to what extent the students understand the lessons, but if online parents have to really educate, direct. Especially mom. The involvement of parents in supervising children has a very big influence on the success of children in a pandemic like this. Parents help direct children such as writing, reading, and doing their assignments. When a child cannot do his job, the mother helps him.
