Abstract :The dynamics of digital communication literacy today cannot be separated from technological advances, also every person or institution/government or other private institution is always faced with the development of human resources. Moreover, related to the planned production, this shows the ability to process marketing propositions and advertisements, both commercial advertisements and public service advertisements (PSA) in the midst of strengthening communication literacy itself. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methodology, namely digging up data by direct observation, and interviews with those who can be used as data sources. The purpose of this research is to provide a clear description of the Effect of Marketing Promotion on Public Service Advertising on Strengthening Digital Communication Literacy, as well as to contribute ideas to policy makers and other researchers in the future, thereby providing significant benefits to these problems. |

Abstract :The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable current ratio, total asset turnover, and earnings per share on stock prices in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2019. With a population of 46 companies, a sample of 44 companies was taken obtained through purposive sampling method. By using multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that partially current ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, earnings per share has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and the total asset turnover variable has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously current ratio, total asset turnover and earnings per share have a significant effect on stock prices. |

Abstract :This study aims to determine the effect of the South East Asia’s major stock exchanges on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2018. The main stock exchanges used as independent variables are ^KLCI (Malaysia), ^STI (Singapore), ^SET (Thailand), and ^PSEI (Phillipines). The dependent variable used is ^JKSE (Jakarta Stock Exchange, Indonesia). There are 478 data sets that can be processed, which have been synchronized. By using multiple regression analysis, the results obtained: ^KLCI has a negative and insignificant effect on ^JKSE, ^STI has a negative and insignificant effect on ^JKSE, ^SET has a positive and significant effect on ^JKSE, and ^KLCI, ^STI, ^SET, ^PSEI simultaneously has a significant effect on ^JKSE in the period 2017 to 2018. |

Abstract :In the business world, HR is essential, considering that humans are entertainers in supporting organizational tasks. This study aims to determine and examine the effect of remuneration factors and work inspiration on implementing representation at PT. Marketing Division of Sanbe Farma Cikarang. This study is intended to determine how much influence compensation and work motivation temporarily have on the implementation of representatives at PT. Marketing Division of Sanbe Farma Cikarang. Sample 36 respondents. The analysis results show that there is a considerable influence between remuneration on the implementation of workers with tcount smaller than the exploration test level (Sig t < or 0.04 < 0.05). There is no effect between work inspiration on executive representatives with t count more important than test level (Sig t > or 0.214 > 0.05), and there is a significant synchronous effect between salary and work inspiration on execution workers (Sig. F = 0.03 < 0.05). |
