The research sample amounted to (500) male and female students from the University of Basra, which were selected by the stratified random method. The results were verified and their data was statistically processed, and the researcher used the appropriate statistical methods, the t-test for two independent samples, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the t-test for one sample, and the alpha-Cronbach equation, and also used the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The results showed that university students have a moral disgust for all behaviors, behaviors and situations that are contrary to moral custom, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences in moral disgust among Basra University students according to the variables of gender and stage. Which was built by the researcher in line with the Iraqi environment in psychological and educational research, due to the absence of previous Iraqi, Arab and foreign standards and to support and develop the level of moral growth of students through material and moral instructions and reinforcements. |

The first topic dealt with: the repercussions of Arab normalization with the Israeli entity on the Palestinian issue and its foreign policies, and the second topic: the discrepancy in Arab attitudes towards the normalization process. The third topic dealt with the impact of the Palestinian political division on the Palestinian foreign policy in light of the acceleration of the normalization process. The study concluded with several results, including: that the Gulf-Israeli normalization has made the external Palestinian political position weak and lost, in addition to the absence of an official Arab halt towards the normalization process, which created a confrontation with the official and popular Palestinian and Arab positions that reject normalization. The study recommended the necessity of developing a unified Arab vision and strategy with Palestine, in order to confront normalization with the Israeli entity and prevent this entity from engaging in its aggression against the Palestinian people. |

The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are:

Strengthening the national partnership between the Palestinian factions and agreeing on a national program outside the framework of Oslo, so that Jerusalem will be the focal point of this project.
Ending the division and restoring Palestinian national unity, and this allows the Palestinians to devote themselves to protecting the city of Jerusalem instead of being preoccupied with themselves. |
