Because, the main target is sexual matters that focus on womens bodies and appearance. This cannot be denied because Indonesia adheres to a patriarchal system forced in society, where men always dominate and women are often used only as objects. This research aims to reveal that the phenomenon of objectification of women means that women do not get the place they deserve in all fields, they are only considered complementary. Looking at the 11th and 16th Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which focus on making human societies inclusive, safe, resilient and peaceful; the underlying understanding is that social conditions constitute the vital components of sustainable development. Sadly, these goals are significantly hampered by constant and widespread violent conflicts and extremism in the oil producing communities. The communities have remained a tale of poverty, squalor, and gross underdevelopment in the midst of plenty, due to environmental degradation which has continued to impact negatively on the peoples means of livelihood. To address the challenges posed by violent conflicts and destructive impacts, this study interrogates the need for mainstreaming peacebuilding in development of conflict-affected oil producing communities in Imo State. The study employed a qualitative research methodology, using secondary data from journals and published articles. The theoretical framework of the peacebuilding and economic growth, developed by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA) was adopted. Findings of the study revealed that social losses attributable to violent conflicts especially, in developing oil producing communities call for development initiators to consider the mutual interface of peace and development. The study concludes that mainstreaming peacebulding in development of oil producing communities in Imo State will encourage sustainability and therefore recommends that conflict-sensitive development programmes should be promoted, and development intervention initiators should focus on the root causes and dynamics of conflict in the oil producing communities.

| Removal of Fuel Subsidy and Economic Hardship: The Role of the Oyo State Council of Obas and Chiefs | Author : DR. BAKARE, Kehinde Najimu | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :fuel subsidies Removal has caused more harm than curbing the corruption associated with the government on fuel subsidies and strengthening the Nigerian economy. This resulted in economic hardship with an increase in inflation, food insecurity, and high cost of transportation. This occurred because the state government has incorporated the council of Obas and chiefs into measures to mitigate the challenges of economic hardships at the grassroots. The paper therefore examines the role of the Obas and Chiefs Council on economic hardships in Oyo state caused by the fuel subsidy removal. The paper uses qualitative methods such as newspaper, journal, and Internet information to address the theoretical and empirical concerns. Structural functionalism theory was used to examine the role of the council of Obas and chiefs on economic hardship in Oyo state. The paper revealed that the involvement of traditional rulers would address food insecurity and influence the cost of transportation because of their relationship with the leadership of the markets around them (Iya loja and Babaloja). This would bring down the inflated prices of the goods and identify those harboring them because these markets are their products. This involvement would create an “informal economic system” that would address, the challenges of fuel subsidy removal and bring more people to the state taxation. It would serve as an avenue to increase the Internally Generated Revenue in the state. Their involvement would encourage a value-driven society with peaceful co-existence that would ensure a secure environment for farming and businesses among their people in their domains. The paper recommends that the state government establish an informal economic system comprising the traditional rulers, traders of all markets, and government agencies. This would encourage peaceful trade relations among the communities around the state to address, food insecurity, inflation, and the high cost of transportation. Traditional rulers should be fully incorporated in the methods and measures of mitigating the challenges of economic hardships for a value-driven society with peaceful co-existence among their people, with a secure environment for farming and business in the state

| Millennial Fathers Perceptions of Fatherhood: Insights from Bapak2ID on Instagram as Reference Group | Author : Sakya Anindhita Wiradisuria, Rudini Triyadi, Past Novel Larasaty | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Modern fathers have shifted from traditional views, where paternal figures were seen solely as providers and authoritarian figures with limited emotional engagement in their childrens lives, to becoming more involved and authoritative. This shift has been influenced by the rise of the internet and social media, which emphasize the importance of paternal figures in a childs development. It has also reshaped fathers perceptions of themselves as positive role models who actively and emotionally engage with their children. Millennial fathers in Indonesia, accustomed to accessing information and communicating through social media, have integrated these platforms into their daily lives. While parenting resources often prioritize the maternal role, Bapak2ID bridges this gap by offering a platform where millennial fathers can acquire knowledge, share information, and discuss topics related to fatherhood and parenting. This study employs a qualitative approach to analyze the comments of male followers on Bapak2ID s 22 content posts over a three-month period (September to November 2024). These selected posts highlight topics on fatherhood and examine how followers process the messages, whether through central, peripheral routes, or combination of both routes and to connect it to their perception on fatherhood in their daily lives.

The study was limited to senior secondary government schools in the Gambia s West Coast Region. The study aims to assess the influence of graduate teacher attrition on student performance in Gambia s government senior secondary schools. The problem of the study revealed that poor school conditions, high-income families for extra classes, and private schools for income negatively impact graduate teachers and students in the Gambia. They also seek better opportunities in other institutions due to poor motivation, remuneration, and promotion. As a result, students become frustrated by the frequent changes in graduate instructors since the most seasoned graduate instructors are the ones who quit teaching. The methodology used was the questionnaires administered in the case study area to 328 students and 7 graduate teachers. Prepared interview guidelines were used to interview 8 school and 2 educational administrators. Relevant literature was reviewed on the theories and findings on teacher attrition from different authors. The study population involves 2564 senior secondary students and 54 graduate teachers from four different senior secondary schools. Findings from the study show that graduate teachers face challenges such as large class sizes, demanding workloads, and an unfavourable work climate in schools. Parents in the Greater Banjul Area are sending their children to private and missionary senior secondary schools due to a high graduate teacher attrition rate. The study recommends that to retain graduate teachers, it is crucial to offer attractive retention allowances and housing that align with their qualifications and newly acquired skills. | Analysis of Terrorist Organizations According to the U.S. Department of State and the European Union. | Author : Nelson Pérez Villarroel | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The United States and the European Union employ divergent strategies for classifying terrorist organizations, reflecting their priorities and legal frameworks. The U.S. system, led by the Department of State, is based on the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1996, prioritizing the protection of national interests and rapid responses to emerging threats. It includes groups like Al-Qaeda, ISIS, and the FARC, assessed based on their threat to national security, terrorist activity, and foreign nature. The European Union operates under Common Position 2001/931/CFSP, requiring judicial evidence to include organizations on its list. This approach emphasizes cooperation among member states and transparency but may be slower when addressing urgent threats. Examples of listed groups include Hamas, Hezbollah, and the PKK, evaluated based on terrorist acts, impact on member states, and legal proceedings. Both approaches have strengths and weaknesses. While the U.S. acts swiftly and flexibly, its lack of transparency may draw criticism (Hoffman, 2006). In contrast, the EU ensures greater legitimacy through legal processes, though with less agility (Guild & Bigo, 2019).
