A Brief Review of Multiple Sclerosis Treatments | Author : Parand Danafar, | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :MS is a well-known disease and chronic inflammation in the central nervous system is one of the diseases whose etiology, despite its well-known autoimmune nature, is still debated, although according to recent studies, the role of viruses such as EBV approved. Based on the different phases that are defined for MS and the degree of progression of the disease, a specific protocol and treatment process is defined for the patient. New and safe treatments for autoimmune diseases have been a constant challenge, although side effects, albeit on a small scale and with few reports, are inevitable; In this study, we tried to classify based on how it is used on drugs used in the treatment of this disease, and at the same time the progress and achievement of new cases such as the use of monoclonal antibodies, despite all the progress made. We still do not fully meet the treatment needs of MS based on studies, in other words, in the classification system and review study, in the group of injectable drugs, we reviewed drugs such as Daclizumab, Alemtuzumab, Natalizumab, Copaxone and Mitoxanthron. Oral drugs Fingolimod, Teriflunomide, and Siponimod were also discussed. In addition to discussing MS medication, we reviewed other treatments such as the use of bone marrow stem cells that were previously discussed in preventing bone marrow suppression during severe therapies such as chemotherapy in the treatment of MS.

| A Comprehensive Review in Novel Therapeutics in Acute Leukemia | Author : Amir Gholamzad | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :In recent years, acute leukemia has become a challenging disease for children, adolescents and adults, so there are always different treatments; None of them are considered as a definitive treatment for this disease. Finding treatments that have fewer side effects and more results has always been one of the most important and recently discussed challenges. The production of vaccines for the prevention and treatment of cancer has always been one of the candidates for the treatment of various cancers, and recently the companies Estraznika and Pfizer have achieved very good results. These days, new therapies called gene therapy have been introduced, which have shown promising results. T cell therapy is one of these treatments that has shown very good results and is currently undergoing clinical phases in various cancers, especially acute leukemias, in the United States of America. On the other hand, science-based therapy Virology is underway as virus therapy, which is undergoing animal testing and clinical trials for various cancers and viruses. It is hoped that viruses can be used as allies in the fight against cancer. With the help of microbiology, this problem has reached acceptable results and they have been able to study the microbiomes of leukemia patients and find out the results that contribute to a successful chemotherapy treatment. In this article, we aim to explore new treatments for acute leukemia and examine the results of different trials and different clinical phases. It is hoped that with the advancement of science, the treatment of leukemia patients will always be possible.

| Modernization Effects on Marriage Practices and Family System in South Punjab. A Case Study of Tehsil Bhakkar | Author : Nida Riaz, Junaid Hafeez, Mussarat Hussain | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Preferences of marriage partners of children is observed, perhaps due to older age Group of the respondents. Overall, majority of the respondents wish their sons to marry within close relatives Modernization is continuous process when modernization diversified it has significance impact on marriage and family system. Modernization is a transition from which was before to modern and industrial society that occurs all over the world. The goal of this study is to explain how modernization has affected marriage traditions and the family system in south Punjab. Tehsil Bhakkar was the home of the studys world. Two union councils were chosen at random from Tehsil Bhakkas 26 branches located. Data was obtained from sample population, with the average age of the respondents being over 30 years old. In this research, an interview guide was used as a data harvesting strategy. The study conclude were analysed using SPSS software, and the descriptive section of the results indicated that the a major proportion of respondent were married in the age group of 45-49, had less than higher secondary education, were strongly connected with old traditions and no awareness about modernization. Furthermore, when the inferential statistics of the studys regression and correlation analysis tests were used, the results revealed that modernization has positive and least significant effect on marriage practices and family system.

| Optimization of Grating and Dewatering of a Cassava Processing Machine Using Surface Response Methodology | Author : Olutayo, L.A., Agbetoye, L.A.S., Kareem, B., Fasoyin, S. A. | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Grating and dewatering are major units operations in cassava processing. The impacts of grater speed, screw expeller speed and compression spring load on both grating and dewatering responses using a locally developed cassava processing machine have been determined using surface response methodology. Grater speed (1100, 1200. 1300, 1400 and 1500 rpm), Screw expeller speed (150, 200, 250, 300 and 350 rpm), compression spring load (100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 N) and cassava tuber (TMS 30110, TMS 419 and TMS 30395) were independent variables. The responses were machine capacity, throughput, process time and machine efficiency. Performance index results of machine capacity for all three cassava varieties were between 97.56 and 105.26 kg/h for TMS 30110; 104.90 and 115.83 kg/h for TMS 419 while it was 97.09 and 115.08kg/h for TMS 30395. The throughput for TMS 30110 ranges between 68. 49 and 85.05 kg/h, TMS 419 ranged between 83.39 and 97.47 kg/h and TMS 30395 ranged between 67.89 and 94. 19 kg/h. The process time for the three varieties ranged between 5.14 and 6.18 minutes. The machine efficiency for TMS 30110 ranged between 70.2 and 80.8%, TMS 419 ranged between 79.5 and 83.8% while it was 69.6 and 83.5% for TMS 30395. The moisture content for the three varieties ranged between 52 and 46%wet basis. Increased in machine speed, screw expeller speed and compression spring load resulted in enhanced machine capacity, throughput and efficiency but reduced process time. All parameters investigated were significant (P< 0.05). The equations created could be used to forecast and predict the machine capacity, throughput, process time and efficiency as affected by machine speed and compression spring load.
