This research uses a quantitative approach, quasi experimental design with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control-group design. The sample consisted of 70 students in classes X2 and X4 at Ambulu state high school. Data collection techniques used documentation and tests. The data analysis technique used the ANACOVA test and the LSD (Least Significant Different) follow-up test. The research results of the Learning Cycle 7E model assisted by Prezi media had a better influence on students problem-solving skills in history subjects. A significant effect can also be seen on the history learning outcomes achieved by students using the Learning Cycle 7E learning model assisted by Prezi media.

This study seeks to explain the causal relationship between one variable and another, which is known as explanatory (causality) research (Sekaran & Bougie, 2017). Primary data was gathered through questionnaire instruments and in-person interviews with business owners, managers, employees, and customers who bought or sold scrap metal. Secondary data was gathered from publications, journals, the internet, libraries, and associated organizations like the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. Through the use of observation, interview, and literature study methodologies, data gathering procedures were obtained. Competitive industry analysis with models from Five Porces Porter, competitive advantage, and descriptive analysis with company profile analysis are the analysis methodologies employed in this study. The findings show that: substitute products in the market lessen the threat of replacement products for scrap metal; the level of rivalry among competitors in the scrap metal buying and selling industry is strong; the threat of new entrants into the used buying and selling industry is weak; suppliers have strong bargaining power; and buyers have strong bargaining positions. Key success factors are economies of scale, marketing systems and capacities, financial availability, raw material and technological access.

The results of data analysis are displayed descriptively qualitatively and in the form of instruments for assessing quality and sustainable tourism villages. This research resulting in 7 tourism program implementations quality and sustainable, namely: implementation village tourism attractions, implementation village tourism amenities, implementation village tourism accessibility, implementation village tourism management, implementation human resources at village tourism, implementation business in the village tourism, and implementation village tourism marketing, as well generated instrument evaluation implementation development quality and sustainable tourism.

| The Influence of the Banjar Cultural Environment on Leader-Member Exchange and Its Impact on Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCb) On PTS Lecturers In Banjarmasin | Author : Diana Hayati, Rini Rahmawati | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The primary goal of this research is to assess the impact of the Banjar cultural environment on leader-member exchanges and, subsequently, on the organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) exhibited by lecturers within private universities in Banjarmasin. To achieve this objective, the study employs quantitative path analysis methods to evaluate the direct and indirect influences of Banjar cultural environment variables, Leader-Member Exchange, and Organizational Civic Behavior. The studys target population comprises permanent lecturers from 12 secondary schools associated with private universities in Banjarmasin. At the same time, the sampling method involves selecting 30% of the total number of lecturers within the University. The research findings indicate that the Banjar cultural environment significantly impacts the relationship between superiors and subordinates, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000, indicating a strong influence. Moreover, the R Square value of 0.356 in the model summary table suggests that the variable X (Banjar Cultural Environment) contributes to 35.6% of the relationship with Y (Relationship between superiors and subordinates), with the remaining 64.4% influenced by other unexamined variables. Additionally, both variables X (Banjar Cultural Environment) and Y (Relationship between superiors and subordinates) had significance values below 0.05 (0.000 and 0.001, respectively). The R Square value in the model summary table is 0.445, indicating that the combined contribution of variables X and Y to Z amounts to 44.5%, leaving the remaining 54.5% unaccounted for. In conclusion, the research findings suggest that the Banjar cultural environment significantly impacts the relationship between superiors and subordinates, serving as a crucial determinant of leader-member exchange.

Supermarkets are increasingly adopting environmentally conscious practises due to the need to protect the environment, comply with environmental legislation, and meet the growing demand for eco-friendly items. The consumer market demonstrates a greater recognition of the importance of ecological concerns, resulting in a higher need for products that are ecologically friendly. Businesses, in response to this consumer sentiment, are obligated to implement sustainable practises, placing emphasis on the necessity to furnish consumers with thorough information regarding environmentally-friendly items. Investment is an activity of investing funds or capital in other parties, either directly or indirectly with the hope that the owner of the capital will get a number of benefits from the results of investing the funds or capital. There are several factors that influence investment decisions including financial literacy, Risk Perception, Financial Experience and Herding. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The population in this study are the investors in the Wetland Environment, with a sample of 122 investors who fit the predetermined criteria. The sample sampling technique in this study used non- probability sampling. The data that used in the study are primary data, with the data collection method in the form of a questionnaire distributed using google form. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis by first conducting a validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The results found that Financial Literacy, Financial Experience and Herding behaviour have a positive effect on Investment Decisions, while Risk Perception has no effect on investment decisions.

| The Role of Perceived Behavior Control in Mediating Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurial Intention | Author : Agatha Liney Simamora, Andy Pratama Sulistyo | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Indonesia has witnessed a rise in the number of educated unemployed individuals entering the job market since 2020. This study examines the impact of an Entrepreneurship Education Program on entrepreneurial intentions among millennials, with perceived behavior as a mediating variable. The research was conducted in six provinces in Indonesia, specifically on the island of Java, with 557 participants responding to the questionnaires. The study found that the Entrepreneurship Education Program (both Entrepreneurship Education Learning and Entrepreneurship Education Inspiration Tools) had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Additionally, perceived behavior partially mediated this effect. The program enhanced respondents understanding of various aspects of entrepreneurship, such as attitudes, values, motivation, actions, and practical management skills needed to start a business. Overall, the findings highlight the importance of entrepreneurship education programs in fostering entrepreneurial intentions, especially among the millennial generation.

| Determinants Profit Quality of Food and Beverage Companies | Author : Rozikin, Aminah, Imanuriea Annisa Putri | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The research conducted aims to evaluate the influence of factors that affect the profitability of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2022 period. The study is based on a quantitative approach in data collection and analysis. A total of 33 companies were selected to be sampled, selective methods were used in sample selection based on criteria made by researchers. This data was analyzed using SPSS software for the study. The results showed that profits and increased revenues had an impact on the quality of profits, while large companies had no impact on the quality of profits. The results of trials conducted simultaneously show that profits, revenue growth, and company scale have an impact on revenue quality. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed that 33.2% of the variation in Profit Quality could be explained by Profitability, Profit Growth, and Company Size, while 66.8% could be explained by other factors not studied.
