Abstract :A calcifying fibrous tumor (CFT), also called calcifying fibrous pseudotumor, is a rare benign lesion that occurs in the deep soft tissues of the limbs and trunk [1]. Gastric CFT is very rare [2], with less than 50 cases reported in the literature [3]. It is most often asymptomatic and incidentally detected by endoscopy, and it can be cured by local resection with a low chance of recurrence [1]. Here, we report a case of gastric CFT Incidentally detected after the patient underwent sleeve gastrectomy. |

Abstract :Electrical burns constitute 3–5% of all burn cases; in developing countries, this ratio increases up to 21–27% and the mortality rate is reported to be between 3.75% and 58.8%. Most acute burns are life-threatening, initially require resuscitation, and require various types of surgical interventions such as eschar excision or split-thickness skin grafting, depending on the size, location, and depth of the lesion. In this case, we will assess the role of bone–abrasion in the scalp electrical burns involving up to the scalp bone. Bone Abrasion is a procedure that can be utilized in wound bed preparation, especially in scalp electrical burns. |

Abstract :Plasma Cell Granuloma (PCG) is an uncommon tumor that’s usually located in the lung. In rare events, it can occur in the oral cavity. However, the gingiva is the least common site. Here, we present a rare case of a 57-year-old man with a gingival mass. It had been growing for a year and measured 1 cm. His medical history includes hypertension and kidney transplant. The patient was on nifedipine and tacrolimus. The tumor was treated by excision and requested pathological evaluation. The lesion displayed heavy plasma cell infiltration in the sub-epithelium. The diagnosis was confirmed through immunostains. Eventually, gingival PCG was reported. |

Abstract :Palbociclib is one of three available CDK4/6 inhibitors. This prospective observational study looked at the utilization of Palbociclib in metastatic breast cancer (MBC) during the COVID-19 pandemic period, particularly outlining the disease course and its impact on patients and health services. The rapid spread of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and the increased risk of clinically severe diseases in cancer patients were worrying. During this period, it was observed that oral. Palbociclib was tolerated well during the pandemic with minimal toxicity and good response. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, Palbociclib is an option for patients with HR+ and HER2-negative advanced breast cancer. |
